What is Welcome to Excellence?Welcome to Excellence is the leading customer service training programme. It is made up of a series of interactive customer service training courses developed to support people working in the industries.
How long is each training programme?They are usually one – two days in length although other arrangements can be made if different timings would suit you better.
When will I get my certificate?Certificates are issued within 2-3 weeks of a course.
