Black Belt certification is a confirmation of an individual's capabilities with respect to specific competencies.
Course Objective
To provide knowledge and hands-on practice on Six Sigma Black Belt topics, train the black belts in Minitab usage and verify competence through certification process.
Methodology
Class room training sessions held at reputed Hotels in your city. Highly interactive sessions including run through Minitab training, case studies, practice sessions and project identification exercises. Desktops/laptops are provided, however participants can bring their own laptops, on which demo version of Minitab software would be loaded.
Training
Anexas conducts 8 days training program leading to Six Sigma certification. The participants are also guided to complete one improvement project of their choice.
The training is either conducted continuously for 8 days or spread over the period of 3 months and conducted on week-ends and public holidays to enable the working executives to complete the course without affecting their work and career. |
