1. How do I register?

Every participant must register with the partner that offers our courses. Anexas does not offer courses directly to the public. We work in partnership with local representatives and organizations worldwide. For locating Anexas Partners, please follow the links at the respective locations.

Participants need to fill in the registration form and send either to info@anexas.net or directly to our partner in the respective city.

 
2. How much does the course cost?

3. How long does it take to complete a course?

Anexas Consultancy conducts a 8 days training program leading to Six Sigma Black Belt certification and 4 days training leading to Green Belt certification.

The participants are also guided to complete one improvement project of their choice .

The Black Belt training is either conducted continuously for 8 days or spread over the period of 3 months and conducted on week-ends and public holidays to enable the working executives to complete the course without affecting their work and career. Anexas draws its faculties from senior managers and executives with wide experience in various domains.

 
4. Does this course include projects?
The course itself does not provide a project. Since some participants don't have access to suitable projects, projects are not mandatory for the course. We provide the participants with dummy projects and data for exercises. However, when participants are working in an organization and have access to potential projects, they are strongly encouraged to develop a project in conjunction with the course.
 
5. Do you provide project guidance?
We provide project guidance to all the participants (limited to only one project). This guidance is given only during the course and is available up to 2 additional months after completion of the training.
 
6. Do I have to have a project to register for the course?

Although we would encourage you to have an improvement project, preferably from your own organization where you are working or have previously worked in, but you can still register for the program if you do not have a project in hand. We provide all the participants with dummy projects and data for exercises.

The Black Belt training and exam (even without a project) would lead you to certification. An additional certificate of project completion would be issued to you if you complete a project either under the guidance of our faculty, or give an affidavit signed by a Manager/Senior manager of your organization that you have completed an improvement project

 
7. Is their an additional fee for project guidance?
There is no fee for the first project. However, if you seek guidance for an additional one more project, it is available for an additional fee of Rs.1000 per hour in India. For countries other than India, please contact our respective partners for the fee information.
 
8. Do I have to buy additional materials?
No. All materials are included in the course study material given to the participants. The cost of materials will be covered by the fees. Anexas will ship all materials to you upon registration, or provide you the material in the class room.
 
9. Can I get financial aid?
Anexas courses are non-credit courses, and we do not ourselves provide for any aid. However we can help get a loan for participants by providing the necessary documentation for the same.
 
10. What happens when I complete the course?

Upon successful completion of the course, you will be awarded a Black Belt certificate from Anexas. You must obtain a final passing grade of 70% or greater to be awarded a certificate.

An additional certificate of project completion and certified Black Belt would be issued if you complete a project either under the guidance of our faculty, or give an affidavit signed by a Manager/Senior manager of an organization that you have completed an improvement project for the organization.

 
11. Am I guaranteed a job?

Anexas courses will provide you with the skills you need to obtain a Black Belt position in most cases. We do not guarantee any job after course completion; however. Our instructors will help you build your resume and are available to give advice on finding your first job. Instructors will also be available to use as a professional reference upon completion of the course.

We provide the participants the information about the open positions of Black Belts in the industry, which certainly helps them to get a good placement. In the past our participants have recorded salary hikes ranging from 50% to 100% after completing the certification.

 
12. Who will be my instructor?
All instructors are highly experienced six sigma Master Black Belts. The profile can be given to you on request from info@anexas.net.
 
13. How about the Black Belts trained earlier by Anexas? Black Belts from which organizations have been trained? Can I get references?

Anexas has trained more that 100 Black Belts and we can provide you with references on request.
