Amitabh Saxena is CEO, Anexas Denmark & Principal Consultant with Anexas Consulting, India. He is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt with 19 years of projects and quality related experience in services and manufacturing domains. He is trained in Six Sigma at AXA University, Paris and has implemented Six Sigma and Lean in 8 organizations in India, UK, Europe and Middle East. By education, he is a Chemical Engineer and MBA (Finance) from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

Amitabh’s last corporate assignment was as Vice President – Transformation with Deutsche Bank Group. Amitabh has experience of managing projects in various domains like IT, ITES, banking, manufacturing, petrochemical industries, financial and insurance companies. He has worked at senior positions in OfficeTiger-RR Donnelley (Vice President- Process Control), AXA, KPMG and was also associated with Quality Mission Project of Indian Statistical Institute; Indo Rama (Thailand) Ltd and Bharat Petroleum.

As Master Black Belt, Amitabh has guided more than 500 improvement projects and has trained 2500 Black Belts and 6000 Green Belts. He has also trained more than 1000 middle and senior management personnel in Project Management, Lean, Balanced Score Card, ISO 9000, CMM and Statistical Process Control. He has spoken at global and national summits for IQPC, Marcus Evans, Indian Statistical Institute, NASSCOM, NIQR, Benchmark and chaired leading conferences on Process Excellence in India, UK, US, Middle East and several European countries. He is also jury member of North America Shared Services Process Excellence Award and Symbiosis Lean Six Sigma process excellence awards.

Prof A. K. Chaudhuri is a well known name in Process Excellence Consulting Industry and Anexas is privileged to have him as a Chief Advisor for our Consulting Practice.. Born in 1946, and graduated from the Indian Statistical Institute with honors, Prof. Chaudhuri had his master’s degree (M.Stat) with specialization in S Q C and OR in the year 1968. In the same year he was awarded DSQC & OR through dissertation on Stochastic Programming.

Since 1969 till June 2008, He had been associated with the Institute as a specialist. He superannuated as a Sr. Specialist and Professor in the SQC & OR Unit of the Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore. He was engaged in training of the Engineers and Managers of various organizations, guiding the Improvement projects, and developing & implementing the Quality Management systems.

He has carried out training and implementation programs on Balanced Business Score cards, Business Excellence Models, Quality Assurance in Design & Development, Quality in Marketing & Sales, Revolution in Purchasing, Small Group Activities, Taguchi Methods, Quality Management Systems among many others.

He has trained about 10000 engineers and managers and guided more than 6000 improvement projects. He has had the privilege to work with Dr. GenechiTaguchi on Orthogonal Array and Robust Design on real life problems in India and abroad. As a lead assessor for ISO 9001 and TS 16949 Quality systems, Prof. Chaudhuri has conducted more than 1000 audits in India and abroad on behalf of KEMA, Netherlands.

Vikas is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Indian Statistical Institute with 22 years of quality related experience in Services and Manufacturing domains. He has successfully implemented Six Sigma and Lean in various organizations in India. By qualification, he is a Mechanical Engineer .

Presently Vikas is with Anexas as Six Sigma Master Black Belt, consulting various organizations in Middle East, Europe & India in six sigma and process excellence implementation. His last corporate assignment was as AVP (Operations) with Finolex. With an expertise in BPM, Process re-engineering & Simulation, Project Management and simultaneous Process improvements, he has set-up two green field telecom projects along with six sigma implementation in Renka Corporation, USA and Windsor Communications, Sweden. He has led BPM initiative in various organizations.

As Master Black Belt, Vikas has guided more than 100 improvement projects, trained more than 150 Black Belts and 300 Green Belts.

Raman Pushkar is a Six Sigma Black belt & ISO 27001 certified having 4 years of experience as Black Belt in Banking, IT, ITES, HR & Logistics domains. He is certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has been trained in financial products by Dun & Bradstreet

Raman is with Anexas Consultancy, Middle East as Black Belt consultant, driving continuous improvements, quality metrics and process excellence projects. He is responsible for analysing and improvising process capability, accuracy and productivity in client organizations in India and Middle East. Earlier Raman has worked with Deutsche Bank, Bangalore as Transformation Team Leader and in INVESCO, Hyderabad as Senior Quality Analyst (BOT model with Ness Technologies) driving Six sigma, Lean & Continuous Improvement projects and trainings.

He has implemented many projects which has benefited the organization in terms of risk reduction by 4.2 million Euros, capacity increase by 8 FTE’s and value unlock by 3,600 Euros across Foreign Exchange, London Fixed income, London Equities and other banking processes. Raman was part of successful Global Mapping exercise covering level 0,1,2,3 & 4 maps using BPMN standards across the domain and trained people for the same in Deutsche Bank .

Raman has successfully trained many Green Belts & Yellow belts in Deutsche bank and Anexas Consultancy. He was actively involved in Innovation day workshop at Deutsche Bank which highlighted driving of various Innovative ideas and solutions using lean, six sigma, automation, kaizen, TQM and TRIZ.
