Lean & Six Sigma Green Belt
Anexas provides an internationally recognized Six Sigma Green Belt training and certification program. Six Sigma Green Belt training provides participants with enhanced problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on the D-M-A-I-C (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) model. This course is designed to ensure that you clear Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification exam in your first attempt. This training provides in-depth knowledge of all aspects within the phases of D-M-A-I-C, six sigma tools and standard principles of Lean Management with real life applications on various industry used cases. Six Sigma Green Belt certifies the employee to serve as a trained team member within his or her function-specific area of the organization. This focus allows the Green Belt to work on small, carefully defined Six Sigma projects, requiring less than a Black Belt’s full-time commitment to Six Sigma throughout the organization. Course Agenda for Green Belt Training programme follows IASSC Book Of Knowledge.

Green Belts work on simple process improvement projects. Traditionally, their job would require less than 50% of their time be focused on Six Sigma projects. However, Green Belt roles and job requirements will vary between companies.
Minitab is the standard software used for Six Sigma projects. It allows you to perform statistical analysis with graphical representations through pre-programmed mathematical calculations without needing to know the math required. It is the most popular statistical software option for Six Sigma projects. It is taught throughout out the online Green and Black Belt Minitab versions and all of our public Six Sigma programs.
Our course curriculum is based largely on the same topics as ASQ; however, it is not an ASQ certification. ASQ is a professional association focused on quality in all fields, but is not the official overseeing body for Six Sigma. IASSC is a Professional Association dedicated to growing and enhancing the standards within the Six Sigma Community. IASSC is the only independent third-party certification body within the Lean Six Sigma Industry that does not provide training, mentoring and coaching or consulting services. At this time, there is no official overseeing body for Six Sigma.
